terms of use

By purchasing a pass you agree to the following terms of use:

1. Refunds:  Passes and memberships are non-refundable after 7 days from the purchase date or once they have started.
2. Pass Start Dates & Expiry:  Your pass is active on the day you purchase it. The expiry date is calculated from the purchase date and shown on your account. 
3. Student Responsibility:  Students are responsible for keeping track of their pass expiry date, reviewing the pass conditions before purchasing, and promptly notifying the school of any incorrect pass details.
4. Extensions:  ​There are no extensions for passes or memberships.  
5. No Shows:
   1. ​If you are unable to attend a class, cancel your registration to allow others to join.
   2. If you sign up for a class that is full and do not show up, a credit will be deducted from your pass.
6. Transferring Passes:  Full unused passes may be transferred to another student who is eligible for that pass. Contact us to inquire.  
7. Sharing Passes: Passes and memberships cannot be shared with others. Each student must have their own pass under their own name.
8. Recording in Classes:  By participating in this class, you consent to being recorded and grant permission for the footage to be used in our marketing materials, including but not limited to social media, website content, and promotional videos.​
9. Waiting for your class to begin:  Only students actively participating in a class are allowed in the main studio area. If you're waiting for your class, please wait in the back room until your class is called to begin.
10. Pets & Bikes:  Pets and bikes (or other forms of transportation) are not allowed in the studio.
