terms of use

By purchasing a pass you agree to the following terms. 

1. Refunds:  Passes and memberships are non-refundable after 7 days from the date of purchase or once they have been used.
2. Pass Start Dates:  You must begin using your pass within 3 months or purchase to ensure it remains valid.
3. Pass Expiry Dates & Extensions:  
   1. ​There are no extensions for memberships.  
   2. There are fees and conditions if you want to extend your pass beyond the expiry date.  **If your schedule is irregular or unpredictable, select a smaller pass that you can use before it expires or purchase class "ticket"  to avoid losing credits or paying extra fees.
   3. 1 week = 7 days.  For example, Tuesday to the following Monday.
4. No Shows:
   1. ​If you are unable to attend a class, cancel your registration to allow others to join.
   2. If you sign up for a class that is full and do not show up, a credit will be deducted from your pass.
5. Transferring Passes:  Full unused passes may be transferred to another student who is eligible for that pass. Contact us to inquire.  
6. Sharing Passes: Passes and memberships cannot be shared with others. Each student must have their own pass under their own name.
7. Recording in Classes:  By participating in this class, you consent to being recorded and grant permission for the footage to be used in our marketing materials, including but not limited to social media, website content, and promotional videos.​
8. Waiting for your class to begin:  Only students actively participating in a class are allowed in the main studio area. If you're waiting for your class, please wait in the back room until your class is called to begin.
9. Pets & Bikes:  Pets and bikes (or other forms of transportation) are not allowed in the studio.
