terms of use
By purchasing a pass you agree to the following terms of use:
- Refunds: Passes and memberships are non-refundable after 7 days from the purchase date or once they have started.
- Pass Start Dates & Expiry: Every pass has an expiry date. Your pass is active on the day you purchase it. The expiry date is calculated from the purchase date and shown on your account. **Promotional passes are subject to additional conditions which may include a specific expiry date. Refer to promotional details and pass descriptions for information.
- Student Responsibility: Students are responsible for keeping track of their pass expiry date, reviewing the pass conditions before purchasing, and promptly notifying the school of any incorrect pass details. Log into your account to see remaining credits and pass expiry date.
- Extensions: There are no extensions for passes.
- No Shows & Waitlist Policy: If you register for a class with a waitlist and do not attend, one credit will be deducted from your pass. If you can’t make it, log into your account and cancel your registration from the class at least 4 hours before it starts. Cancellations made after that time will be counted as an "no show" attendance and a credit will be deducted from your pass.
- Transferring Passes: Full unused passes may be transferred to another student who is eligible for that pass. Restrictions may apply. Contact us to inquire.
- Sharing Passes: Passes and memberships cannot be shared with others. Each student must have their own pass under their own name.
- Recording in Classes: By participating in this class, you consent to being recorded and grant permission for the footage to be used in our marketing materials, including but not limited to social media, website content, and promotional videos.
- Waiting for your class to begin: Only students actively participating in a class are allowed in the main studio area. If you're waiting for your class, please wait in the back room until your class is called to begin.
- Pets & Bikes: Pets and bikes (or other forms of transportation) are not allowed in the studio.
